with just the right amnount of rosemary.

Baked Chevre ::

4 oz. Cou Rouge Chevre
4 gloves roasted garlic
Olive Oil
Fresh Rosemary

Coat a small ramekin with extra virgin olive oil and add 4 oz. Cou Rouge Chevre.

Poke cloves of roasted garlic (roasted for 20 minutes in a 350 deg F. oven) into the chevre. Drizzle some olive oil on top and add a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Bake for 10 minutes in a 400 deg. F. oven or until chevre is bubbly. Serve with a fresh baguette.
